Not 100% happy with your fragrance?

We understand that sometimes you may not be completely happy with your fragrance order. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all 30ml and 100ml bottles purchased online.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 5ml bottles.

We expect customers to try a scent with one or two sprays before deciding to return a fragrance. However, we do not accept returns with more usage than this, or orders that are outside the 30-day return window.

To make a return, simply complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and include it with the returned items.

Please note that returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We cannot process returns or refunds for damaged or lost items. For this reason, we suggest you pack the parcel securely and consider using a trackable service or insuring your return against loss if the value is high.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 72 hours. We will either exchange your fragrance (sending your new parcel free of charge) or issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 48 hours to arrive back in your account.

If you received a free gift with your order, you will need to include this with the return to avoid being charged for this item.
